This policy explains how information is handled when a business buyer uses the LUSIYAN site or submits a wholesale inquiry.
Information you provide
When you request a catalog, contact sales, subscribe or submit a Selection, we may receive your name, business email, company, market, buyer type, product choices, quantities, notes and other details you include.
Information used by the site
The Selection feature stores chosen styles and quantities in your browser so you can continue an inquiry. Cloudflare may process technical security data such as IP address, browser type and request time; our form ledger stores the Cloudflare country code but is not designed to store the visitor IP address.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide requested catalog or product information, operate and secure the website, maintain business records and send seasonal updates when you subscribe.
Forms and security
Wholesale forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection. Valid submissions are first recorded in a Cloudflare D1 delivery ledger, then sent through Cloudflare Email Sending to the LUSIYAN business mailbox. A confirmation email may be sent to the address you provide.
Email and live chat providers
LUSIYAN business email is hosted with MXRoute. Website live chat is provided by Crisp; when you open or use chat, Crisp may process the conversation, page and device context, cookies or similar identifiers, and any name or contact details you choose to provide. The Crisp Inbox remains the original chat record.
Sharing
We do not present inquiry information for sale. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, relevant manufacturing or logistics teams, or authorities where reasonably required to operate, fulfill a request, protect rights or comply with law.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, operational requirements and legal obligations. We use practical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit optional information, clear your browser Selection through the site, and unsubscribe from marketing updates by replying to an email or contacting us. You may also ask to access, correct or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations.
International processing
As a cross-border wholesale supplier, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Those locations may have different data-protection rules.
